We stayed at the property over Easter weekend and really enjoyed the house for our family of 5 (4 adults and one child). The space was great for us and the location is perfect! Everything worked smoothly and had no surprises with the house. The house did have beach towels stocked which was a big help.

This home is gorgeous and every detail was thought of. The host was so responsive and helpful anytime I had a need or question. The location is absolutely perfect! We could hear the waves at night, watch sunrise from the porch, and could walk just across the street to the beach anytime we wanted. The house was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. We got to Flagler Beach Saturday night and an unfortunate situation happened with the home we were originally supposed to rent and found ourselves with no house for the week. This was available and the host responded quickly and had us check in instructions within a half hour and we were inside and able to feel at home and enjoy the rest of our vacation! They were amazing. I will look to rent this house again next year when it's time and would come back again and again.

This house was absolutely beautiful and amazing! When we first walked through the front door we were extremely happy with everything we saw - clean, neat, and a beautiful layout. It has an amazing view of the water, and locks on both the front and back doors so it is easy entry either way. The GPS takes you to the side of the house on the water, so you have to circle the block to get to the actual driveway, but that was pretty easy to figure out. PLEASE NOTE: The walkway down from the back of the house and the stairs to the beach can be very slippery at night due to being on the water (we had a few falls in our group), so just be cautious. Also, we had a group of 8 girls (supposed to be 10 but things changed at the last minute) and the sleeping arrangements ended up working out just right. One of the sleepers is very small (fit for a child) and the other place to sleep would've been the couch, so just keep this in mind when planning sleeping arrangements. Overall BEAUTIFUL PLACE!

House was great. Loved that it had bathrooms for every bedroom and an extra upstairs. Very comfortable and clean and had all the things needed in the kitchen! Great location for the sunrises!

Place was great. Only issues was there were no instructions for checking out. Also was not enough toilet paper or soap. Other than that the property was perfect and i would definitely recommend.
