L'appartamento corrisponde alle foto. E' a piano terra (pochi gradini da fare), ma all'interno di un grande cortile e quindi silenzioso e non esposto alla strada pubblica. Il letto nel soppalco ha il soffitto abbastanza vicino, il resto della casa è spazioso e si vede che è rimesso a nuovo da poco; ci sono phon, lavapiatti, lavatrice. La posizione è veramente vicina alla fermata della metropolitana gialla, che funziona molto bene e si è al centro di Milano in poco. Il quartiere intorno all'appartamento è popolare, molto vicino c'è il supermercato e anche alcuni bar e locali dove mangiare (trattoria; pizzeria; ristorante di pesce). Check-in e Check-out senza problemi, così come le comunicazioni e la disponibilità dell'Host.

The apartment is well located and parking is easy and close. It didn't match the 3 beds in the post (only 2) but they provided an inflatable mattress afterwards. We had to wait about 30 min to go in and the host didn't respond for a while, after those hicups it was ok.

Modern and clean apartment, close to the metro and ~20 minutes to Duomo. Many great restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with Nadia was quick and easy.

First of all, the location of the actual building was hard to find. She provided the building picture (a 2-story building) that's not visible from outside. Apartment number was given after asked. 1st night we were there, she had the heat turned off. My wife and kids woke up with cough and sneezing. When complained in the morning, she said, "oh, you should have heat now". After that we started getting heat. Then again the following night, heat was turned off again. My question was, if it was autoscheduled, then why was it set to turn off at night, when you need it most. She provided only 1 toilet paper and no paper towel for our 2 nights and 3 days stay. When asked, she told us to buy them from local grocery store. No washer/dryer in the house. I understand, and the listing did say that those were not there. But usually there are dryer rack in every european houses we have visited. it was missing. When asked, she declined to provide one. Horrible. Will not recommend anyone.
