A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage. Bedrooms and rooms: Ground floor: The house welcomes you in a spacious lobby with access to a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen overlooking a garden and swimming pool. The kitchen is connected to a large dining room with a fireplace. On the ground floor there is the 1st bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed. In this room there are 2 elegant bathrooms with a toilet and shower. First floor: It offers a TV area with a sofa bed and 2 bedrooms. First bedroom: 1 double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed for 2 people by arrangement. Second bedroom: 1 double bed also with the possibility of adding an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed for 2 people by arrangement, bathroom with a shower. Attic: The generous space offers not only a beautiful view of the surroundings, but also billiards, table football, TV, toys ... it's simply the perfect playroom for children and adults. If children do not want to leave this wonderful place, they can sleep here on 2 sofa beds (4 beds in total). Garden: The garden features a heated swimming pool with an area of 8 x 4 m, a fireplace and a picnic table. Above the garden, there is a small private wood. The whole area is fenced - dogs can run freely. Heating: Heat pump and fireplace, underfloor heating in the wellness area and bathroom.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns direkt Zuhause gefühlt! Bei der Schlüsselübergabe (Check-in) haben wir eine Platte frisch gebackenen Kuchen überreicht bekommen! Uns wurde alles erklärt und aufgrund der Sprachbarriere durch den Gastgeber sogar ein Tisch im Restaurant für uns reserviert. Die beiden Hunde haben sich im Erdgeschoss und dem Garten sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Haus wurde mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert… einfach schön! Wie kommen gern wieder :-)

Hallo Pavol, vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt in deinem Haus! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war äußerst gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Wellnessbereich und die Kinder-Spieletage. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns ideal, da sie sowohl gut zu erreichen als auch ruhig war. Vielen Dank nochmals für deine Gastfreundschaft und dafür, dass du unsere Aufenthalt so angenehm gestaltet hast. Wir würden uns freuen, bald wieder bei dir übernachten zu dürfen! Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und drei kleinen Kindern zu Gast bei Pavel. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen großen, komplett umzäunten, Garten. In der Nähe kann man zum Beispiel sehr gut wandern gehen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in 10 - 15 Minuten Fahrzeit. Ebenfalls hervorzuheben war das fantastische Frühstück welches eine von Pavels Mitarbeiterin zubereitet hat - genau so wie Pavels Wein ;) Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt auch noch einmal wiederkommen.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe (7 Personen) übers Wochenende in Pavols Haus und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wirklich perfekt, Pavol sehr nett und durch die vielen kleinen Details (z.B. extra Handtücher und Bademäntel für den Wellnessbereich) haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The house is located in a dominant position of the village and guarantees absolute privacy. The estate is bordered by a private grove and greenery. It is also located a few steps from the woods and from the beginning of the paths that lead to the top of Mount Sedlo (Geltschberg).

Private parking for up to 4 cars. Just 100 meters away from the woods and our pounds. The village is surrounded by our vineyards.
Ideas for walks and trips
1. An easy walk to Jelče takes 30 minutes, is 2 km long and leads through beautiful pastures.
2. If you have more energy, you can extend the walk to the ruins of Lityš Castle. It takes a little over an hour to get there.
3. The hike to the top of Mount Sedlo (726 m) takes approximately 2 hours. From the majestic peak, you can enjoy a beautiful view into the distance.
4. Trip to the beauty of the city of Úštěk, the magical lake Chmelař with a sandy beach, the mysterious Helfenburg castle, a visit to Calvary near the village of Ostré.
5. Open-air museum Zubrnice through the town of Levín, famous for its pottery.
6. Ploskovice fairytale castle.
7. The Royal City of Litoměřice.
