Overall it was a nice apartment at a convenient location. Check-in/check-out was a breeze and the building felt very safe. The instructions for access were detailed and clear, communication was great. The downside was that the bathroom is indeed small for the size of the apartment and a bit tight to navigate. Also, the decor was very sterile and the place could use some colour. Even a bookshelf would make a difference. A bottle of water in the fridge and some coffee would have been a nice touch, even expected at this price point. It definitely served the purpose though, especially since booked the same day of the stay. I appreciated the flexibility in that regard, so thank you Phaedrus!

We stayed during our week on Cyprus at three different apartments managed by Phaedrus Living. They were all very suitable for two couples or a family like us. Two bedrooms and a pleasant living room plus kitchen. Prices end of March were very reasonable. Pheadrus respons very quick to queries, but do not aspect any local information e.g. sight seeing. The apartment in South Nicosia was walkable to the city center apx. half an hour. Parking was convenient, neighbourhood quiet.
