The house is located on a sizable Christmas tree farm that offers a large amount of privacy and tranquility. There are 5 beds and 4 baths (2 full, 2 half). The house has three levels. The main level has the kitchen, a family room with fireplace (wood is included!), master bed (1 king), master bath (two-person tub and shower), powder room, laundry, and access to the outdoor deck. The lower level has a bar gathering area, and two bedrooms (1 queen, 2 single beds). The upper level has a lofted sleeping area (1 queen), a powder room, and a game room with a flat table (suitable for a workspace and/or table games) as well as pool and ping pong tables. Outdoors is a propane grill and a wood firepit as well as the miles of trails to explore.
