We had a lovely vacation at this house. We are a family of four with 2 preteen kids so the extra space to spread out was ideal. The views were amazing. The hammocks on the breezy nights and mornings are what i will miss the most. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and toiletries. Any issues/concerns are addressed in a flash. We would stay here again. Our one tip is to rent a car!

La casa es hermosa y tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario y hasta más. La vista es espectacular..y tiene unos balcones que ayudan a aprovecharlo. Lo único es que no está frente al mar, pero esta a 7 minutos en carro...cansado para irse caminando teniendo en cuenta el calor. Pero definitivamente volvería a quedarme en esta casa, ¡la cama del master room es muy cómoda!

The house was amazing. Just like the pictures. We were a party of 7 and fit comfortably. The views were spectacular. We rented a car for the trip and it helped a lot. You can catch cabs but having a car is more convenient. West Bay is just a 10 minute drive maybe shorter. West End is a 15 minute drive. Would recommend to everyone and definitely looking to stay there again.

The house was stunning, clean and comfortable with amazing ocean and landscape views. The kitchen we very well outfitted (more than we had expected!). The kids loved the pool and the Staff were great in communication with us. On hot days we had amazing island breezes that cooled the house within minutes. Easy access to the community pool and the beaches. Having a rental car is highly recommended. All the people we met, tourists and locals were so friendly and helpful. We cannot wait again until our trip next year!

My family and I had a great vacation at Gecko Loco. The house is clean, modern, spacious with incredible 360-degree views of the West Bay area. We absolutely loved the many patios and balconies; I ended up falling asleep in the hammock twice! The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked with every imaginable appliance and utensil and there's a large grill on the patio. The house is in a secluded, hilltop neighborhood, yet it's a short 15-minute walk to all of the restaurants, bars and dive shops in West Bay. The last part of the walk back to the house is up a steep hill--bring good walking shoes and be prepared for a good workout. If you don't feel like walking, no worries--there are plenty of taxis in town that will take you home. We recommend Ernesto (tel. 9665-6202), who got us home after a long day of diving and out to West End for dinner and drinks. Finally, Ryan and the team at Island House was extremely helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport, getting us settled, and providing excellent advice on what to do in the area. We're already looking forward to our next stay at Gecko Loco.
