Instructions were to text if there was a problem and when I couldn’t unlock the door after following all the instructions step by step, I texted her and she didn’t respond because she said she doesn’t hear messages. Then she should change instructions to call instead. I had to pay for a hotel and all I got back from her was the cleaning fee. When she was not of any help and I didn’t stay end up staying there because of issues with her not hearing the phone and the door having issues. Terrible experience!

Nancy's place is such a cozy place. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was very clean as it smelled like its fresh from washing machine. The theme of black and white was really cute. You'll be surprised that even if it was a small area, it had everything you need to have a restful and relaxing time. The area is so peaceful and quite and had the view of the mountain which was awesome. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Nancy!

Nancy was an excellent host. She communicated very well, including proactively making sure I had what I needed, and following up on an early check in request. The place was beautiful and I'd recommend anyone in Lake Elsinore stay there!
