Conveniently located in the quiet and warm Clarkson neighborhood with access to nature and nightlife close by. This is a spacious 1-bedroom basement apartment with access to a backyard. The space can accommodate 2 adults comfortably. We can provide a floor mattress for an extra 2 people. We have organized the living space so it feels like a cozy home away from home. You'll have the entire lower basement unit - with separate private entrance for you. Your space has a large living room with sofas, a dining area, a bedroom, and your own private bathroom (shower and toilet - no bathtub). The kitchenette includes: full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven toaster, electric kettle with basic utensils, and some basic spices. Coffee/tea/sugar included. The mini-kitchen does NOT have a full stove. We have a laundry sink that you can use to wash your dishes (NOT a kitchen sink). You will also have access to the backyard and patio shared with us, as well as the driveway to park your car (please park on the right side so that we do not block each other's cars). You have access to a washer and drier.

As always, Shahla was a great hostess! As before, her place was exactly as the pictures and getting to it was easy! She is yhe perfect person you'd want to have as an Airbnb hostess! I wish I had more time to stay there. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. She made me feel at home and Im glad that I chose her place to stay again. When I come back, I will stay there again amd I recommend ANYONE going up to the Toronto area to stay at Shahla's place! You will love it! ❤️

Shahla's property was everything that was described and more. It was super clean, easy to get to, roomy and had all the amenities that we needed. Shahla is an amazing host and she was friendly, accommodating and reachable at any point of our trip. Thank you so much for everything; we would definitely love to stay here again next time we're in town.

😍🙏🏻 I love everything about our stay. Everything was provided, complimentary toiletries, dish and laundry soaps and most importantly coffee!!! ☕️ most important (well in our case).😊 The private entrance was a plus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. Our host was respectful of our privacy but always available when needed. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. My sister's visit was well received; the location and my desire for Canada's vibe were fulfilled. I highly recommend Shahla’s place.🏅

Located in a quiet, warm neighborhood with easy and quick car access to a lot of different areas around.
We are a short 5-min drive to Clarkson Go station where you'll find regular Trains to downtown Toronto, Oakville, and Port Credit (trains usually run every half hour or every hour during the day).
There is also a bus stop 10 min away.
If you don't have a car, we may be able to arrange to pick you up from Clarkson Go.
