Review of the placement The apartment is the same as in the photos, and it has everything you need for a long stay. Very attentive host, always in touch. Special thanks for the products that were kindly provided by the host at the time of arrival. From the living room there is direct access to the private garden. The area is very beautiful and safe, there is a small park near the house. A 10-15-minute walk from the hotel is the wonderful Brooklyn Bridge Park with a magnificent view of Manhattan. There are shops and cafes in the immediate vicinity. The metro is a 10-minute drive away. Manhattan is just one stop away from the hotel. We will definitely return to this wonderful apartment.

This gem of a place is comfortable, spacious and charming. The kitchen is equipped to actually cook meals, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is the perfect size. The location in Cobble Hill was wonderful for me--it's an easy walk to groceries, restaurants and shopping. There are several green markets in the area during summer. Pierce is a wonderful host, kindly putting up with my unfamiliarity with the stovetop, and stopping me in the vestibule to take my garbage out for me.

The best AirBnB that we have ever stayed at over the past 6 years. Great location. Great accommodations. Great Host. Pleasant 10 minute walk to our daughter and new grandchild. Pierce is truly a Super Host. We will always look to stay here if available in the future. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the surrounding area of Brooklyn.

We’ve stayed at Pierce’s Airbnb several times. It’s always a comfortable stay in a lovely neighborhood. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. On street parking was easy. The unit is just as shown in the photos and is well stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. Very clean! Highly recommend!

Appartement très calme, fonctionnel et très propre dans un quartier charmant. Le jardin est un +. La communication avec Pierce a été parfaite, c'est un hôte qui a su nous recevoir, nous avons pu arriver et repartir à notre convenance. Nous recommandons cet appartement et nous pensons y revenir.
