Stayed here for two nights with my mum and sister. It did not disappoint. Stunning location, beautiful house with all the amenities and little touches you could need. The communication from Steve was spot on and so helpful and welcoming. We will definetly be back, cannot recommend enough.

Beautiful views from a beautiful townhouse and only a short walk from town. Steve was very friendly and helpful. It couldn't have been better. We look forward to going back.

Had a really nice stay over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. The weather wasn't always great, but we had plenty to do. Walked into the town centre, just a 10 minute walk, loads of places to eat and shop! Also walked the Tarka Trail just outside the house. Really enjoyable, particularly with a 6 year to burn energy! House was immaculate throughout, pictures very accurate. Great responses when messaged. Everything we wanted. Will hopefully come back!

We had a great stay here. The house was super clean, light and beautifully decorated. The location was fabulous too with lovely river views. It is walking distance to Barnstaple parkrun and on the South West coast path so it was perfect for us. Steve was a great host too. We would love to return.

We spent a few nights away for new years…. The whole property was amazing from top to bottom. A lovely romantic stay, for me and my boyfriend and he proposed. ( not as he planned due to weather conditions) had to think on his feet….. and created a lovely ambience with a log fire displayed on the huge 65’ tv. Would highly recommend and would certainly ( we will) be coming back!
