.Guest feedback say the suite is much nicer than anticipated. This may be my crappy photography or that I am competitively priced so don’t be deceived. This is a very private entire self contained suite with all appliances and in suite laundry included . Brand new paint and bamboo linen. Very private we won’t even know if your there or not. A brand new double pull out couch for the extra guest. The TV has a ROKU included is Prime, Netflix ,Disney plus ,paramount and more. Your QUIRKY lofty suite was added in in the early 90s The rooms are all small. The Juliette kitchen is in front with a full size fridge and a newly added stove. Sink counters and cabinets with supplies and of course coffee and tea. Small living, small 3 piece bath. Your bedroom is a small sized loft with a skylight. access is by a nautical bridge. N0 toddlers unsupervised in this space. It is fully railed to code but a 13 ft drop should a child climb the rail. You have a small Hobbit door off your bedroom that leads to a outer deck where you can sit and have your morning cup of Joe or BBQ a meal . It is a private covered water view space. This suite is so private we can’t even tell if your in or not.

Wir haben die Zeit bei Tracy sehr genossen. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Es war herrlich ruhig und wir konnten wunderbar Squirrel und Vögel von der Terrasse aus beobachten. Küche und Bad waren funktional, das Bett sehr bequem.

Everything was wonderful! Really unique and cute duplex in a relaxing and beautiful setting. Tracy and George are friendly and easy going yet responsive and on top of things. We enjoyed chatting with them and meeting their delightfully sweet doggies. The area is really great- it has a countryside feel but with amenities and towns close by. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Thank you for letting us stay in your quaint and lovely space! I really enjoyed the deck in the mornings before I have to get on with my day! And in the evenings when we returned! It was a tiny piece of heaven that I needed! Cheers The McLeods

surrounded by farm lands and equestrian trails.
The address is Ladysmith. But The area is between Nanaimo and Ladysmith also known as Cedar.
We are a 7 minute walk 2 minute drive to blue heron beach.
12 minutes to Western Maritime institute.
24 minutes to VIU Nanaimo campus.
22 minutes to or from the Nanaimo international airport.
22 minutes to or from Duke point ferry.
Close to Nanaimo river and Quesnell lake fishing.

I raised my adult children a single mom working 2 jobs wile working on a bachelors degree in Podology. Now I’m a grandma. I breed labs periodically over 14 years. My last litter is do this July.
