Very responsive and helpful host. Space matches the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen (coffee pot and press incld.). Wifi & set-up in the kitchen is great for remote work. Walkable area to restaurants, shops and most importantly…cafes. Metro/Marmaray is also very easily reached by foot. Apartment is the top/6th floor so be mindful of this if you have lots of baggage and/or have difficulty with stairs (no elevator). A wonderful stay in a great part of Istanbul. Thank you Baris

Our 10 day stay at Baris’ flat has been nothing far from excellent. A 10-15 min walk to 2 main metro stations (also on the same airport line) equally close to the ferries connecting to the rest of the city, lots of cafes and eateries in proximity, a bakery right around the corner, close enough to the local night life of Caferaga and Moda but also far to be quiet & private, all in all location was excellent and to our liking. The flat itself is very well equipped, airy and bright, good space to enjoy dinner/drinks or do some work on your laptop, to chill and enjoy the small balcony as well. We felt right at home within minutes & we didn’t miss anything during our stay, neither from the flat nor from the area. The ferry trips to other parts of the city are very frequent (15-20mins) and we never felt rushed to either catch one any time of the day. They also add to the beauty of experiencing the city life. Baris has been always responsive, helpful & kind. Thanks very much for everything

We spent a wonderful week at Bariş’s apartment. Our stay was so wonderful that we didn't notice the time. The apartment itself is very cozy - a loft thought out in detail, decorated with paintings and antiques. At the same time, the necessary modern household appliances are present. All household items are provided, all chemicals are included. Bed linen and towels were clean, very comfortable mattress on the bed, comfortable pillows. There are a lot of supermarkets and cafes nearby, all public transport is within walking distance. An excellent choice for those, who’s planning to stay in Kadikoy. We would certainly recommend this place to other travellers. Thank you very much, Bariş!

The apartment is great, large and comfortable and tastefully decorated. We were very happy. We have rarely seen an Airbnb so well equipped. Thank you very much Barış for your little attentions. Our stay is very pleasant. The balcony is peaceful and the living room is such comfortable and large. Thank you very much for making us such a wonderful stay in Istanbul.🌷🌷

2 hafta kaldım, ev temiz bulunduğu yer çok güzel ve güvenli. Vasıtaların hepsi yürüme mesafesinde. İstanbul da tekrar tekrar kalabileceğim bir ev. Barış beye ilgisinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum
