Enjoy the sunny lake on your private dock or bring your boat with the easy access private boat ramp! Just like to enjoy the beautiful water views, Heron's Hideaway has the most amazing views you can sit and watch the sunset from one of the THREE balconies overlooking the lake. Heron's Hideaway has it all! IMPORTANT - Please note that this property can only accommodate a max of 6 adults due to 4 beds being bunk beds with a weight limit. Bunk beds can accommodate up to 4 children. For this reason we have put a maximum of occupants at 6, but please reach out for inquires about accommodations. This property is also located in a heavily residential neighborhood with full time residents. The no party and quiet time after 9 PM will be strictly enforced for all reservations. Heron's Hideaway offers lots of indoor and outdoor space. The first level offers a great open floor plan concept with a large living room and dining room combo. These are connected to a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking large dinners or a small electric grill for a quick meal. Enjoy your meal on the connected balcony. The large balcony offers a perfect area for dining or just admiring the gorgeous lake views. You will also find three bedrooms with a shared guest bathroom. Bedroom 1 and 2 are private with only one queen bed in each. The third bedroom offers a perfect space for kids or family with two sets of bunk beds totaling four twin beds. Walk upstairs to your large master suite with your own private balcony. The entire top floor has been designed as a luxurious master suite. Private bedroom with a king bed, loft area with desk and a catwalk over the downstairs leading to your private balcony overlooking Lake Murray. The lowest level features all the outdoor fun and the perfect space for entertaining. The fully covered space offers several different areas. There is a large area with counterspace and cabinets and plenty of room for gathering or even dining. Walk down to the next area and you will find another large area overlooking the lake with ample seating to watch the gorgeous sunsets. The lower level also offers a full bathroom and laundry room. Walk off your porch and you are just steps away from your private dock and boat ramp, but still plenty of room to enjoy the sun in one of the loungers while enjoying the lake views. If you are looking to enjoy Lake Murray, this home has so many different ways to do so and views of the lake from every level. Relax at Heron's Hideaway!

The house was PERFECT! The lake is a little off the beaten path and is a good bit away from any stores, only about a 20 minute drive. But the incredible views to wake up to every morning are unbeatable. We had perfect weather that made the sunrises so perfect. We would stay there again, no questions.
Home has beautiful views from many vantage points and is in a quiet neighborhood. It has ample space outside to lounge and enjoy the lake. Home is in good condition and was tidy. Decor is appealing. The onsite boat ramp was great to have and was easy to use. We found the stairs challenging for older guests. The downstairs bathroom was nice and is convenient when you are outside, however if you intend to use it as an essential second bathroom it is a bit inconvenient to have to exit the house every time you need it. Overall it was a nice lake house and I would recommend it.
Positives- Host sent cleaners out to resolve issue, beautiful view, well equipped kitchen Negatives- upstairs "master suite" did not have a bathroom, upstairs balcony in accessible/broken, lower bathroom only accessible by going outside but minimal lights to get down there, couch was extremely dirty when arriving, outdoor furniture needed to be cleaned, loud neighbors
Had a lovely stay. Amber was wonderful. Lovely house and lakeside was great. Stairs are a bit much for older guests but otherwise would highly recommend.
