Himos Design is a single villa in the area of Western-Himos mountain top (Länsihuippu). The executive-level villa was designed by a noted architect and it was built in 2011. In the winter West-Himos slopes are close by and during summer time you can enjoy the peaceful forest surroundings. Villa is suitable for families as well as business clients and groups. The villa has two floors and five bedrooms. Upstairs are a kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Downstairs are two bedrooms and a TV room with three beds which can also be put in the shape of a sofa corner or if needed can be made 3 extra beds, a total of 6 sleeps easily there. The sauna is also located downstairs. Big terrace and a garage for 2 cars. BEDROOMS: Upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Downstairs 2 bedrooms, both 2 single beds. TV room with 3 single beds + 3 extra beds. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: Refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave oven, electric cooker, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, dinner set for 18 people, basic kitchen utensils, and a high chair. EQUIPMENT: Blankets and pillows, washing machine, 2 airing cupboards for skiing clothes, 2 x TV (hybrid Tv 70" and hybrid tv 50"), fireplace, storage for firewood, sauna, shower, 2 x toilet, gas grill. There is free Internet access in the villa. OUTDOOR JACUZZI: The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay. The rental price is 100 €/reservation if booked in advance. GOOD TO KNOW: Accommodation price doesn't include sheets and towels. Sheets and towels can be rented from the Himos Center reception.
