Rejuvenate at Römerbad and Therme Sankt Kathrein, ensuring a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Spacious Apartment (approx. 70m²) with Mountain Views,offers ample comfort with a double bedroom, a second bedroom featuring 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed, and a versatile sofa-bed in the living room. The bathroom includes a washer and dryer, separate toilet, storage area in the basement for sports equipment and one parking space in the garage.The entire apartment has underfloor heating .Enjoy the large terrace overlooking mountains and valley, with shared garden access. If you want to cook, fully equipped kitchen is available with coffee machine, kettle, oven, dishwasher, stove, fridge, and all cookware and cutlery. Nearby, an 8-minute walk leads to a restaurant and café, while groceries can be found in a 15-minute walk to BILLA or SPAR stores.

Staying at this cozy two-bedroom apartment was an absolute delight! The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze. The highlight was definitely the spacious terrace, that would be perfect for enjoying summer evenings. The apartment itself was incredibly cozy and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had an awesome stay at this apartment during our ski trip! The place is not only perfect for winter but also seems ideal for summer. The two spacious rooms are well-organized, and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed for our cooking adventures. The large terrace with a wooden table and lounge area made for great relaxation, and it's family-friendly with lots of toys and baby equipment. Even though we didn't get to use the electric barbecue due to the cold weather, we're looking forward to trying it out next time. Having parking in the building was super convenient. We loved our time here and definitely plan on coming back!
