Delores went above and beyond for us! She was helpful, communicative, and warm. This was in easy walking distance of Michigan Stadium and was perfect for our trip.

Excellent host. Allowed me freedom and privacy yet ensured she was there or contactable if ever I needed anything. WiFi available at property which these days is a must in my opinion. Very trustworthy and friendly host and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her / her property for other guests. I am due back in Ann Arbor in early 2024 and will try to reserve here again. Delores on arrival showed me around and explained everything. She even apologized for a bathroom mirror which had a smear on she could not remove…this was so unimportant to me but it showed how important it was to her - and that gave me a lot of confidence in her outlook and her professional attitude to her guests. Ginger the medium sized dog was great and tried their best to assist during my stay! Delores had explained that the dog could be moved if it was an issue….it was not and made me feel “at home”. Stayed two days but felt I would have wanted to stay more. Thank you so much.

Delores’ place is incredible. Walking-distance to everything, safely isolated during the pandemic. Delores is amazing—understanding, considerate, professional. 10/10 would recommend.
