Located in the Central Business District of Llano and only a block off the courthouse square, you are within walking distance of numerous
family owned unique boutiques, casual restaurants, and a
variety of “watering holes.” This location allows visitors the
opportunity to slow down and enjoy the small town charm
that Llano has to offer.
And then there’s the crystal clear, lazy Llano River,
easing its way this way and that, past the Llano Golf
Course, Robinson, Badu, and Grenwelge Parks,
beckoning you to swim/kayak/fish to your heart’s content.
Two riverside parks are within walking distance.
Grenwelge, below the dam on the south side, now famous
for hosting the Llano Earth Art Festival known as LEAF,
boasts natural art created by internationally acclaimed
artists. Badu, above the dam on the north side, provides a
boat ramp for kayaks and stair-to-water access for
swimmers.
If a drive in the country is on your agenda, then this is
the place to start. Both Enchanted Rock and Colorado
Bend State Parks are an easy drive and offer amateur to
expert hiking opportunities.

There is a driveway for parking and also street parking in front of the house. Please do not park in the parking lot next door.
