We are located in the central area of Sherman, just 4 blocks away from Austin College. It's a convenient 3-minute drive to reach highways 75, 91, 82, 56, and 11. Additionally, it takes approximately 15-30 minutes by car to reach nearby cities such as Denison, Howe, Van Alstyne, Anna, Melissa, and McKinney. If you're interested in visiting Lake Texoma, Durant, Choctaw Casino, Allen, Plano, Frisco, or Dallas, it would take you around 30-45 minutes by car. We are a property available for full-house rental, and our main clientele includes corporate monthly rentals, insurance company monthly bookings, or small couples/large families for short-term gatherings. During the vacant period of less than two weeks between two bookings, we welcome individual room bookings. The host does not reside in this property, so you or you all may be lucky enough to book a single room but enjoy the entire property. We are open for flexible booking, you can book one room, choose two/three rooms or entire home! 🌟Attention：Single room booking we are only allow by requesting booking in half month dates during weekdays if available.Thanks for your understanding🌟 Private space Room #2 which is queen size bedroom with a walk in closet on the second floor of the duplex unit, The room has a shared full bathroom attached via a hallway. Share space The living room, dining table/coffee table, and kitchen are considered public spaces and are shared with other guests. Please make sure to clean up after using these areas. The laundry facilities are located upstairs in the hallway,don’t use washer/dryer after 10:30pm. Guest number We are asking if you have more than one guest to stay in this room, requires an additional guest fee of $19/nigh 🌟Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Parking is available for one compact-sized car on driveway. Please note that there is no parking space for larger cars on our property. Cleaning We maintain a clean and neat environment, so this property is suitable for guests who appreciate cleanliness. If you prefer a messy environment, this may not be the right place for you. AC As this is a shared property with central AC, there may be other guests sharing the public spaces with you. We request that the AC be kept between 70-73°F during the summer, as different people have different temperature preferences. If you feel cold, you can request additional blankets. Property Rules: * Pets are not allowed on the premises. * This property does not permit parties or events. * NO Smoking in this property! * There should be no outside activities between 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM. * Please refrain from playing loud music or speaking loudly after 10:30 PM. * During the night, please maintain an indoor voice volume under 78 decibels. * The washer and dryer should not be used after 10:30 PM. * Only one compact-sized car is permitted to be parked on driveway.
