Philippe was very helpful, the house was perfect for a getaway for a few couples with kids, the area is quite , the house is absolutely great and so authentic. We will come back for sure !

la maison ancienne est dans un environnement paisible et verdoyant, une jolie campagne de la vallée d'auge. l'environnement est fabuleux ! les chambres sont spacieuses, décorées avec goût. Parfait !

We loved our stay at Philippe’s place!!! 😍 Firstly we loved the house and the surrounding nature and horses in field next door. Such a peaceful and welcoming environment. The house was the perfect size for us. We had our whole family there. Four adult children , 2 of whom with partners. Plus my wife and me. Everyone had their sleeping quarters. Really helpful to have 4 bathrooms , with essentially 4 ensuite bedrooms on the first floor. On the ground floor we had 3 different living rooms which meant we could have different groups gathering in different rooms. Plus a huge dining room. And a nice kitchen. The latter 2 opening up to a large south facing terrace. Had a lovely bbq on one afternoon and most dinners on the terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped in cooking utensils etc. We met Philippe on arrival and he was very welcoming. Gave us many recommendations of things to do and food options. We felt completely at home at Philippe’s place, and were all sad to leave…
