The Kings Inn is a newly refurbished Public House and Rooms situated in the village of Creswell. Located approx. 15minutes drive off the M1. It is a traditional Public House with 3 beautiful bedrooms on the first floor. There are lots of attractions nearby, bars, restaurants, take away's and coffee shops all within walking distance. There are 3 rooms available at The Kings Inn - all listed separately. The main entrance is accessed via a lock box and each room has it's own private lock. There is a communal kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and ironing facilities. All rooms have TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryers, fresh towels and linen and toiletries. Room 2 is double bedroom with a separate shared shower room and toilet The property is close to the world famous Creswell Crags, Welbeck Estate, Sherwood Forest and Sherwood Pines. There are a few wedding venues in the area too such as Van Dyks by Wildes, Thoresby Hall Hotel & Spa, Hazel Gap Barn, Hodsock Priory and Clumber Hotel. Ideal for contractors, individuals, couples and groups of up to 6 adults.

Extremely disappointed. The bedroom is well decorated however this does not compensate for the noise from a generator/AC unit and the state of the bathroom (not pictured on the air bnb page). The host listed that there would be noise from people in the pub which we had no trouble with, however, failed to warn customers of the noise from the machine downstairs which left us unable to complete work or get rest. When going to check the bathroom facilities, there was unpleasant yellow and white substances stuck to the sink and the taps were drowned in limescale, - the toilet was also unclean. We left the property within 2 hours of staying there. I messaged the host explaining this and sending photos. The response was that the bathroom is ‘clean’ as it has been ‘professionally cleaned’ and that they cannot hear the noise from the generator (despite sending photos of the dirty bathroom and have a video capturing the noise from the machine downstairs). I have not been offered a refund.

Here at The Kings Inn, we have 3 bedrooms, all listed separately. We have live bands roughly once a month. We serve pizzas during opening hours.
Our rooms are room only, but there is a communal kitchen for guests to use.
