This cozy, newly-renovated apartment is perfect for short or long stays. It's a charming 2-bedroom in a historic building on the outskirts of Manchester. The apartment is equipped with a tile shower, full kitchen and the fastest internet in town. Downtown Manchester is just 3 miles away, and Saint Anselm College is just 1 mile. This beautiful Victorian home has been converted into 6 apartments. This unit is located in the rear of the building in the former carriage house. The apartment was fully-renovated in early 2023 with modern plumbing, a beautiful new bathroom and an updated kitchen. The roof is new, and other exterior updates are planned for Spring 2024. Until then, expect to find peeling paint and overgrown landscaping. The kitchen/dining area and bathroom are on the 1st floor, bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is no formal living area, but the smaller bedroom can function as a living space or bedroom, depending on your needs. This is a tiny 2-bedroom apartment. It's most comfortable for 2 people, but can accommodate 4 for a short stays. The large bedroom features a closet, dresser, reading nook, Roku TV, and king-size memory foam mattress. The small bedroom comes with a twin-size memory foam day bed with trundle, Roku TV, storage cubes, and a closet in the hallway. This bedroom has has just 1 electrical outlet. There is a thermostat behind the refrigerator, and window 2 air conditioning units are available June-August. (1 in the kitchen, 1 in the large bedroom). It's an old, drafty building; the second floor is warmer than the 1st, and you may find that the heater and AC struggle to keep up on the hottest/coldest days. The Roku TVs are in guest mode so that you can log-in to your own streaming services. We don't have cable or local channels.
