Relax with the whole family. Pet friendly and horse boarding available. Small town living at its best. Town park 3 blocks away. ATV trails all around and great Mountain View’s. Big rock candy mountain just 15 minutes up the canyon. Bike trail from the front door to a water park in Central Valley and big rock candy mountain the other direction. This is a county cottage with old school charm. If you are looking for a resort this is not for you. For a little rustic county living it is great. This house is in a small community in the county. There is a gas/convince store in Joseph and that’s all. If you want a grocery store or restaurant you will need to go to Richfield or Monroe 10-20 minutes drive.

House was clean and had no problems getting inside.
Overall, I thought that Dale's place was great and that Dale was a great host!
Kitchen was filthy...Flies on every window ...Trash wasn't taken out...Shower wasn't clean including soap left from whoever...Back door leads to a storage room that is left open from the outside...No nightstand on both sides of bed to place items close to you before sleep....TV reception doesn't work ....Big Yard for animals....Definitely great for Quiet...We left after the first night and stayed in a Hotel
Our family loved staying here while we were in town for a basketball tournament. Dale’s home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen is large and has lots of space to cook meals - it was even stocked with spices, a waffle maker and electric skillet. It’s such a peaceful and quiet location and the fenced yard was great for the dogs. We would love to stay here again next time we are in town!
