Our stylishly renovated home has modern spacious open floor plan and the kitchen includes upscale stainless steel appliances. Relax outside on the deck with your complimentary morning coffee or gather with family and friends around the cozy fire pit or the gas/charcoal grill combination. City living in Atlanta can be a bit hectic, busy and noisy but the location convenience of our home to Atlanta happenings is amazing! Open floor plan with modern furnishings are plentiful in this newly renovated bungalow. The welcoming backyard features a fire pit and combo grill. Enjoy a fresh cup of complimentary coffee on the deck as you begin the day.

Karen's place was so nice! She left us courtesy snacks and drinks! Check in was so easy and the space was private. Each room had individual keys to add extra security! I would stay again!!

Really loved all the little touches Karen provided all over the home. Snacks, drinks, all kinds of soaps, face masks, bath bombs, the works!!! Parking was a little difficult at first, but it’s not terrible. We will definitely be returning!

It is walking distance to the Historic Atlanta University Center that is home to Morehouse College, Spelman College, Clark Atlanta University and Interdenominational Theological Center. Mercedes Benz Stadium is 1 mile away. State Farm Arena, World of Coca Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Sky-view, The Georgia World Congress Center and other downtown attractions are about five to ten minutes drive away depending on traffic.

We are close to MARTA, Atlanta’s train station. A bus stop is located directly in front of our home if transportation is needed. Uber and Lyft are also popular in this area.
