Was not our original choice for a stay but it wound up working out fine. Plumbing issues at our original booking so Jessica was able to provide this home instead. Jessica was very responsive to texts and messages. Small problem with the bed that while we were out and about, she was able to come over and get rectified that day. Would stay at one of her properties again.
The place was nice and good place to stay for first Airbnb guest but I can say that I would put something up to doors and windows maybe like blackout curtains
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, and well equipped with everything you don’t find at a hotel. We like to eat in more than eat out. I see this place getting better over time. A little area to sit outside would be good. We rode our bikes to the park which is close and why we chose this location.
Darling little house close to Intrust Arena. Very clean and Jessica was responsive to our needs.
Overall it was good the inside was nicely decorated but smaller than expected and the neighborhood was a little sketchy

Very calm and quiet.
The neighborhood is being revitalized so you will see newer homes and older homes. This is typical near downtown Wichita. This is an urban neighborhood with a lot of diversity. You are not in a suburb so be mindful of the area
