Hidden gem of a location!! Will absolutely stay at 10 Fair St again. This room is exactly as described. We had our 4 month old with us, and moving forward I may have picked one of the other units for space for pack and play/ etc but clean, quiet despite being right off Thames, easy to get in/ out, beautiful bathroom.

Great location to restaurants, bars and activities in Newport. We only used to car to explore beyond the waterfront area.

The location of this place was perfect! This was a quick getaway that we booked super last minute and we had no issues with check-in! The place was just as shown in photos and was spotless! The bathroom is stunning, and the bed was very comfortable. We tried warming it up but it seemed like the air conditioner would not allow us to so we put up with it since it was just for two days. This property is great, however you can hear EVERY little thing! Every time the outside door beeps when someone is coming in or out, the people upstairs, the conversations on the stairs, and everything in between. We live in the city and are used to noise but this was excessive. I know this is not hugely a host issue, but rather people not being respectful to other guests. However just keep this in mind, since not even earplugs helped. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place!
