View was amazing! Pictures posted are not accurate. Bath tub liner had mold and tub wasn’t clean. Noticed tape everywhere as a quick maintenance fix (bathroom, bedroom door, baseboards, bench, and refrigerator. Unit needs more TLC for the price paid and description given. Also be cautious that parking is first come first serve. Will book with a different company next time. If you’re looking for beach convenience and an excellent view this unit definitely has that.

The stay was nice, very close to the beach. However I will mention that there is no longer a gap in the rocks for direct beach access.

The location of this apartment was perfect and the view was absolutely amazing. A few things were a little off about the apartment itself though. The door from the bedroom to the porch does not latch shut. We had a particularly windy night and the door kept opening to the outside in the middle of the night. There was duct tape on the door frame, so it seems this has been an issue before. Also, the furniture in the living room and on the porch is completely different than the photos. None of the TV remotes had batteries, so we had to make a trip to the store to buy some in order to use the Roku TV. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay, but may not stay in this exact unit again.

The place was in a very nice area… quiet not near the boardwalk was nice. The only thing that was a bummer is due to the beach erosion we couldn’t go out in the beach in front due to the large rock wall to hold back the surf. But it was just a short walk down to the beach area we spent time all day at perfect .

There are no words for the amazing view. The best beach unit we’ve rented. True that the unit is not perfect and could use an update here and there… but the view alone makes up for everything. A minor suggestion would be to have something like bar stools on the balcony to have a better view of the beach. On the negative side the shower curtain was not the cleanest and needs to be replaced ASAP.
