Marc was an extremely responsive host, including dropping everything to get us a spare key when we locked ourselves out. He is also a general contractor, so when a drain was clogged, he was able to get a plumber out quickly. The location is fantastic, with three metro lines, three supermarkets, several theaters, and many restaurants within a few blocks, yet the apartment itself is very quiet. One thing to note that was no issue for us, but could be for anyone with limited mobility: the apartment is up one flight of stairs with no elevator, and there are stairs in the unit between the front door / toilet / combo washer/dryer and the rest of the apartment; if you need to use the toilet in the middle of the night, you will need to exit the bedroom, cross the living area, and climb the stairs.

Marc is a remarkable person, he made our stay amazing. He was so helpful, responsive, and kind. The apartment is magical. Bright with sunlight, quiet, and in a very good location to Metro, bars/restaurants, and the TGV (high-speed train). The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, recently upgraded, and very clean. We stayed there for 1 month with our dog. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Marc!

近くにスーパーマーケットがあり、買い物が非常に楽でした。駅も近いのですぐ色々な場所に旅行に行くことができ、便利でした。 冷蔵庫が大きいため、ストックを気にせず買えます。トイレとシャワールームが別々なのも良かったです。 洗濯機の故障にもすぐに対応していただき、とても快適な暮らしができました。

I had a fantastic and memorable stay. The host Marco was responsive, friendly, uncalculative and easy-going. I found the apartment only the night before arriving in Paris. Marco was super responsive to my needs and got the apartment ready for me by 11am the following day. I felt right at home the moment I stepped in. The appartment was well-lit, clean, well-equipped, cosily-furnished, and had been newly renovated. Despite being located at an awesome location with a lot of activities going on, the nights were quiet and peaceful. The neighbourhood felt safe and there were many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and theatres around. The weekend markets, just a minute's walk away, were inspiring and charming. The location is served by multiple train and bus lines, which makes it easy to explore Paris from. There was a feeling of sadness when I had to leave the apartment on the last day. Would definitely choose to stay here again should I visit Paris in future.
