Chickadee Cottage is a part of the Kiawah River community on Johns Island.  Kiawah River is located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and a 5-minute drive to Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island and Freshfields Village.  25 minutes from downtown Charleston.  Walk or bike the extensive network of trails, join a goat yoga class or book a kayak, boat or fishing tour that departs steps away from your bungalow.   Occupancy is 6.     Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:  Enhance your stay at Kiawah River by purchasing an amenity pass.  Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a nightly fee of $180 per night.   Should you opt out now but decide to upgrade upon arrival simply email Sewee Properties to opt in and enjoy full access to everything Kiawah River has to offer.    Construction: Auberge is currently building a hotel down the road from this property.
