Apartment is 160m away from Metro station. Fay gives you the code to enter the apartment, so there is problem with the arrival time. Friendly host, very responsive, wi-fi works great. Just under the apartment is a small shop (not expensive), opened also on sunday. Also good sushi restaurant for take away just under the apartment. On the corner with metro station are some restaurants (Burgers, asian food)... Bigger supermarket 450m away. We cooked some pasta, one evening also pizza in the oven. Everything OK, nice place to retreat after the daily Paris sight-seeing explorations.

Apartamento impecable y pegado al metro. Cerca de supermercado Auchan, Panadería y restaurantes. Pegado al metro con muy buena conexión con el centro de París. Barrio tranquilo y seguro. Quizás a mejorar el colchón de la cama, demasiado blando y el edredón del sofá cama muy estrecho, también el tema del extractor que no iba bien y saltaba el detector de humos. Había cafe de cápsulas, azúcar y toallas y de todo en el baño, secador de pelo y calefacción y plancha. Faye muy amable. Repetiríamos sin duda

hôte très sympa et disponible. appartement agréable et très proche du métro. quelques petites choses à améliorer dont j'ai notifié Fay, qu'il a rectifié tout de suite.

Fay siempre estuvo pendiente. Además tuvo un gran gesto pues nos puso cortinas en la cocina para estar más cómodos y con mayor privacidad.

Fay is a perfect host, very friendly, responsive, caring for his hosts. The place was clean and has everything. I'd like to have some curtains in the kitchen window as the light in the morning can wake up those sleeping on the couch, but it was not. big deal. The neighbourhood isn't a pretty one but it's close to metro and within 6-7min you can reach supermarkets and some stores. I cannot comment about safety of the neighbourhood, haven't stayed to many neighbourhoods in Paris to compare. All in all, u recommended Fay's place for what it offers in that reasonable price.
