The pool is 8m by 4 with a depth of 1.3m, and the paved bathing area around it is complete with beach umbrellas, sunbeds, beach chairs, a gazebo and a portable barbecue for outdoor meals and parties. The back garden leads to the beautiful private woods, great for walks and for admiring the view of San Gimignano. The property is accessible via a picturesque avenue lined with cypresses, and parking is within the property.
