I was a little surprised by the entry and layout. The front door from the parking lot enters into the only bedroom. The only bathroom is in the bedroom. The kitchen/living area faces the back towards the water with a door opening to a small patio. We had planned to share it with myself, my husband, our son and our daughter in law. Because the bathroom was only in the bedroom which afforded little privacy, we had to change plans. My husband and I ended up staying with other family in the area. I could see this working well for a couple or a couple with kids old enough to sleep in the living room with a door leading to water. The location is great for the area and the condo has a great zero entry for someone who can't do stairs.

Came down for Memorial Day weekend with husband to fish and to visit family nearby. The place was very clean and had no issues whatsoever. I can really appreciate how clean and comfortable it was. Getting there was a breeze and had no issue getting inside. The place was very well stocked and had an AMAZING view of the bay. It was very nice to be able to sit out on the back and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The restaurant nearby has great food. Short drive over to St. George island where the fishing and beaches were great. I wouldn’t change a thing and I will definitely stay here again in the future!

A great place to stay! Comfortable with a king bed and ample furniture. Nicely decorated and classy! Tommy was very attentive and considerate. The view was stellar! Can’t wait to return!

Tommy was responsive, the place was what was expected (ready to go, easy to get in, clean). He even answered a question timely. Appreciated their hospitality.

We had a great stay at Tommy’s place! The place was very clean with a lovely view of the bay and a short walk to view the sunset over the water. The bikes were in good condition and there was a nice bike path to the beach very near by.
