Complete with air conditioning in all rooms, central water heating, and 2 ensuites. Gourmet kitchen ready for the most demanding guests. Spacious environments, anti-noise windows. The apartment is made for short-term travelers so there are no wardrobes in the rooms only baggage support. The apartment has an alexa that can control the lights.

muito bom o espaço. Garagem bem ruim. Rua boêmia...muito barulho dificuldade pra acessar o prédio. todas as vezes tinha caminhão estacionado na porta da garagem. o apartamento é excelente.
