The property was a spacious home with the option of also renting a separate one bedroom cottage on the property. The amenities in the home were perfect with abundant clean linens, attractive dishware, and excellent quality cookware. The interior decorating had such sophisticated charm that it added to the pleasure of our stay. The out door spaces were generous with an out door grill and fire pits with great gathering areas. It was just a short walk to the marina of Norfolk Lake, a beautiful crystal clear large mountain lake. The shore lines are largely natural and forested and the recreation and boat rental opportunities are excellent. We highly recommend this as an extraordinary place connect with loved ones of all ages.

this was my 2nd stay at this cozy cabin I internet not very good some other miner things came up and sent to them for them th attend to. I would stay again my sister and I like to the location much better than staying at a hotel

I loved staying at this place! It was so cute, the fireplace heaters were adorable and kept the place nice and warm. The decor was adorable and the beds were comfortable.

Let me start by saying Rosalee’s cottage is quaint and clean. The location is quiet and near the lake. Check-in and checkout were simple. I think the listing says no ac, but there were two very small window units. It was in the low 90’s when we were there, and they kept the cottage cool but not cold. I don’t think they could handle much warmer temperatures. What I was not impressed with was the maintenance issues and Evolve’s lack of response to my pm about the issues. It has now been two weeks and multiple emails and I have gotten no response. I wasn’t going to post about the issues , I just messaged them and gave them a chance to take care of the issues. I have not heard anything from the management. I can’t help but think this means that the vines growing into the house and the wide open access to the attack which we think let an animal into the house in the middle of the night have not gotten fixed.
