Villa Two Coolum is a stunning, spacious villa that spans over 3 beautifully styled stories - the third being your very own rooftop terrace. It is centrally located in the popular Coolum Beach; take your pick of the cafes just a short stroll away browse the boutique shops or head for a surf. The villa is situated within a resort complex that boasts 4 pools - perfect to soak up the sunshine, or cool off after the beach, which is just across the road. The pools are shared with other resort guests. Villa Two has been professionally styled and decorated with pieces from local and surrounding artists and suppliers to create a relaxed, coastal vibe. The villa has four beds across three bedrooms with two full sized bathrooms and a powder room downstairs. The villa is fitted out with all essential amenities for a holiday home including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Villa Two spans across three levels with an outdoor space on each one, perfect for every member of the family to enjoy their own space. The back entrance opens directly to the resort facilities including beautifully landscaped gardens and four resort style swimming pools. The rooftop terrace faces east which is perfect for catching the sunrise, listening to the waves or toasting the sunset. Villa Two is located approximately: - 15min drive to Sunshine Coast Airport - 20min drive to Noosa - 20min drive to Maroochydore

I absolutely loved our stay here. The place is amazing. There is so much space to relax, a perfect private rooftop with great attention to detail you can tell the level of care and thought that has been taken setting this beautiful place up. It really has it all (think insulated cups for cold drinks, super soft bedding, beach caddy etc) A perfect location to base yourself as its almost 20mins from all the great places Sunshine Coast has to offer. Directly across the road from the beach, walking distance from the pub and some delicious eateries. Thank you Bec & Donna 🙏🌻 Will most certainly be back to this slice of heaven.✨️

Villa Two was perfect for my family holiday. Lovely accommodation in a great location, it had everything you love and need for a relaxing holiday. Donna and hosts were very helpful and responsive.
Beautiful place. Kids loved the pools and an easy walk to all the conveniences! Coolum is a gorgeous place!

Coolum Beach is a relaxed beachside suburb on the Sunshine Coast. It has cafes, shops and restaurants as well as great parks, walks and markets. It boasts some of best surf breaks on the coast without the hustle and bustle of other popular destinations. Watch for whales, spot the dolphins or just soak up the sunshine in one of the many beautiful beaches minutes away.
Villa Two is central to everything. There is a beach access across the road as well as cafes, shops and all essentials (Coles, Pharmacy etc) within a 5 minute walk. Public transport (Bus) is a 2minute walk away to take you North to Noosa or South to Maroochydore and surrounds.
If you're coming in a car, there is street parking directly in front of the Villa, or a dedicated underground carpark accessible via the resort entrance.
