Villino Iolanda is located in the middle of nature, in the mountains above Pistoia near Sambuca Pistoiese. The garden is very large and completely fenced and offers a unique view of nature. In winter (October-April) heating is extra: 15 € per day The holiday home is divided into two parts, the mezzanine and a basement. To enter the house, you go through a covered terrace, where you will also find a table to eat or just relax. The entrance is directly in the living room with a double sofa bed on the right and the dining area on the left. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and dishwasher. At the end of a hallway is a shower room and a double bedroom. In the basement there is a bedroom with two single beds, a small shower room and the laundry room. To get to the basement, you have to go out of the house and go back in from outside.

Villa Iolanda molto bella, ambiente tranquillo per trascorrere un weekend in famiglia. Il signor Graziano molto gentile e disponibile.
It’s a fairy tale place. Lovely house, very comfortable and warm even though we came in January. The nature around is just splendid, so wild and quite. Deer were coming to say hello and we’ve even seen a baby deer. There is everything you need in the house, a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, lots of towels and warm blankets, a pizza oven and a barbecue in the garden, a washing machine and a dryer. Our kids were especially happy to find a basket of toys downstairs. We were hiking, playing outside a lot, cooking tasty food and just enjoy the wilderness. Thank you again Graziano and Anna!

siamo arrivati il 14-8 accoglienza di Graziano perfetta molto gentile. dovevamo rimanere fino al 23,purtroppo il 18 siamo stati costretti a ripartire,la stanza sotto dove dormivano i ragazzi oltre che molto umida,cuscini e lenzuola bagnati,ha avuto un problema di fognature che fino al giorno seguente non sarebbe stato sistemato,quindi non potevamo usare i bagni. ci hanno rimborsato meno della metà ma la nostra vacanza di 10 giorni( unici) è terminata dopo 5. siamo dovuti tornare a casa molto delusi,penso che nessuno farebbe dormire i figli tra la puzza di fogna e il rischio di fuoriuscite( tra l'altro avvenute durante la giornata) ma soprattutto senza bagno per un intero giorno e un intera notte. un vero peccato perché la casa ha molto potenziale ed il signor Graziano è gentilissimo, è adatta per 4 persone , cioè il piano sopra. purtroppo per noi è un esperienza negativa perché non abbiamo finito le vacanze e non abbiamo potuto trovare altro con così poco preavviso. molto delusi.
