On the opposite side of the street lies the captivating Kalamata beach, stretching 4 kilometres to the west. And that's just the beginning! Should you wish to explore further, additional beaches await both to the east and west.
During the summer months, it's natural to expect a certain level of city buzz. However, as the season winds down, a sense of tranquillity gradually envelops the surroundings, offering a romantically serene atmosphere during the winter months.

All the amenities you could possibly need are within walking distance. Additionally, the city's bike path runs directly in front of the house. Kalamata a wonderful city to explore by bike or electric roller.
If you wish to venture a bit further and explore the surrounding areas (which we highly recommend), having your own vehicle is convenient as public buses can be a bit fuzzy.
However, taxis are readily available and quite affordable, so don't hesitate to take one if you feel you've walked too far.
