Die Lage der Wohnung nahe am Meer und doch zentral ist super. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Wohnungen in dem Haus sind recht hellhörig. Leider hatten die Urlauber in der Nachbarwohnung ein Kleinkind, das die Eltern sehr viel haben schreien lassen, so dass wir uns nicht wirklich erholen konnten. Die letzten Tage wurden etwas besser. Am ersten Tag fiel auch der Strom in der Wohnung aus und es dauerte drei Tage, bis es wieder repariert war. Nidas hat uns aber schnell eine Ersatzwohnung in direkter Nähe gestellt und erstattet uns die Tage. Die Kommunikation war immer gut.

Accommodation in a quiet location. The self-service accommodation process went fine. From the photos we thought that both terraces were part of the apartment. Only a small balcony is part of the apartment, the terrace overlooking the sea is not a terrace, but it is the top floor of the building where the washing lines are, there is no light and the environment is not tidy. On the apartment, the toilet door did not close well. We only slept in the apartment but we were cramped. We were looking forward to sitting at the table together in the evening or having breakfast on the terrace in the morning, which was not quite possible.

The apartment is well equipped and in a perfect location. It is just a few minutes walk from excellent restaurants. There is a paved beach area nearby where you can sunbathe, swim and rent sunbeds. You can walk along the prmenade towards Los Gigantes 5km or along a dirt track to San Juan 3km. Alcalá is also on a regular bus route. Highly recommend. We did not want to leave!

Nidas’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. We were here for a conference, but came several days early and stayed after so that we could enjoy the surroundings. Nidas and Agne were proactive with communication. The self entry made getting in very easy. There are ample restaurants within one block with some of the most exceptional food that we had while we were staying in this area. It was convenient to have a car in this regard, and we were able to explore the whole island from our location. There was a complementary fruit basket waiting for us and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed in regard to appliances and cookware. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet. We were able to do laundry with the washer provided. High recommendations. We will return next year because of this exceptional experience. Thanks Nidas.
