Two bedrooms have King size beds and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a huge porch, on the water and it has a large pull out sofa, available for sleeping. There are 3 bathrooms, all updated. You will find a very comfortable living room, with a water view and a large smart tv, an open kitchen, with a new oven, dishwasher, stove, microwave and also with a beautiful water view. Have your meals or coffee, while you eat or drink over an ole pine dinning table, with 8 nautical antique chairs, surrounded by mounted fish, on the walls. Mosey on out to the large porch, right on the water. It a great spot, while still being inside in the cool AC, to watch through the big picture windows, all of the activities going on outside on the beach and water. Most likely, you will see boats of all sizes, jet skiers, paddle boarders, kayakers and of course, in the distance, the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and its light show. Our family, has always enjoyed playing a game of gin rummy, canasta or chess, as we watched the dolphin and manatees often swimming, right out our window. Step outside and be on the deck, there are numerous lounge rocking chairs and a table to, enjoy your snacks, coffee or afternoon drink.
