Great place, lots of room, and great amenities. I was able to park my 23 foot boat right in front of the house. The porch is a great treat with an excellent bbq. You can easily walk into town. Just a really nice charming house that has it all.

We had a great time here! Stayed with my family (husband, toddler, and infant). Brought a pack and play that fit in the master for the baby. Owner was helpful with suggesting we bring a high chair of some kind for the baby at the table. We vacation to 1000 islands before so we are familiar with the area. We knew this house was in an awesome location. We walked to Aquamania and rented a pontoon and drove it to the dock. We took the boat over each morning to have coffee at Cathy’s. One of the things we love to do! The house is a historical home and we loved it. Neighbors were very friendly - just keep in mind the noise ordinance in ABay. It’s a very, very quiet cove which was so peaceful. Sunsets were amazing. Two cars fit in the driveway. The slider to the back deck is strong so my toddler couldn’t open it independently which was reassuring. Owners were very responsive. 10/10 would stay here again!
