A fine little place that gives the feeling to be living on a boat. Functional, with a lot of charm, very quiet and great to chill and read and write. The village is still not very touristy with some construction going on but it‘s still very peaceful and one can walk to the beach in 2 minutes, reach a second and third one on the same way, and contemplate the mountain‘s breath-taking beauty over the bay while birds of prey whirl in the skies. A family of cats with adorable kittens kept us company and we had a lovely time hiking, swimmng and writing. Thank you so much

Our stay at Georgios and Anna's place was simply wonderful! The rooms and the kitchen are basic and small but well equipped and they provide everything you need. The bathroom is only accessible via the terrace but that wasn't a problem at all for us. The whole accommodation was very clean. The best are the two wonderful terraces where we spend most of the time. We enjoyed our every day morning swim in the sea (with the beach just a few steps away) and relaxed with a cup of coffee on the sunloungers or the hammock on the upper terrace. Now at end of October we were spoiled with a great warm weather and at the same time the village was very quiet as there were only few tourists. Georgios and Anna were very friendly and always there to help us. Thanks a lot for this memorable stay on beautiful Crete!

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar, so schön gelegen, nur wenige Schritte und Stufen zum Baden. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Die Ortschaft ist abenteuerlich gelegen, steilabfallende Küste, eindrucksvoll.

It was our third stay at this lovely place and it won‘t be our last. Georgios and Anna a perfect host: easy to communicate, quick reply, friendly, thoughtful, you name it. The little house is so well located in the village that is close to the beach (only a few stairs) and has an amazing view from the roof top, but still feels private and protected, as it is perfectly squeezed in between the other houses. Georgios and Anna equipped the house with everything you can think of to have a relaxing vacation: hammock, beach equipment, all necessary cooking supplies, basic food supply AND cake, fresh fruit, raki, vinegar and oil at your arrival. Thank you for those treats. :) The three beaches east and west of the village are stunningly beautiful and you have them nearly all to yourself. If you enjoy nature and a peaceful atmosphere, this is for you. Thank you G&A for sharing this lovely house and for it’s unique ‚personality’. Coming there really feels like coming home. See you next year!
