I designed the space to reflect the quintessential California aesthetic. It will be your luxury home away from home. The house is on a quiet residential neighborhood and consists of longtime residents. Our home contains everything you need and more to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. No detail was left out. There is no parking in front of the house on Tuesdays for street sweeping from 12pm-230pm In the city of Los Angeles, residents can only legally do a short term rental on their primary residence. With that said, this is our primary home - we have clothing in the closets, some pantry staples in the kitchen cabinets, and condiments in the fridge. There are luggage and clothing racks in both bedrooms to store your belongings and plenty of space to store items in the fridge/kitchen. Please do NOT smoke in or outside of our home, or bring any unauthorized guests of over 4. There are other airbnbs that allow smoking and guests over 4 but my home is not one of them. Please respect this. NOTE: I am currently converting my detached garage to an ADU and it is scheduled to be completed mid April. They are in the finishing stages of the project so there will be minimal disturbance if any. I will notify you if they will be working in the backyard or not. When that is completed, we will be staying in the ADU. The houses will be completely separated. The only thing that will be shared is the walkway to enter to the back.
