For the price, the villa is absolutely not bad It’s like a bargain but it has imperfections The location is definitely not the best, there is still some construction going on, so there were a lot of workers nearby We had to go out in the night for some groceries, and it was not too pleasant, the road was muddy and very dark. The villa is not small but the pool is rather small, it was newly renovated, looks accurately like in the pictures. But anyway , for this price it’s a villa worth staying

Having a private villa is a luxury and photos on Airbnb make it look like fairly new and well-maintained, however there are quite a few missing links in reality. First up, location is quite inaccurate, it’s just not what Host shared as G-maps directions through Airbnb post reservations. Second, Both bedrooms need properly washed, cleaner bedsheets because our skin was quite itchy the next morning. Chances are dust mites or bed bugs in their mattress, pillows or bed sheets triggered the same. Last but not the least, pool needs to regular cleaning as there were a lot of leaves and dirt settled at the bottom. Accidentally, one of us broke the tea table glass top, which was immediately/duly informed through whats-app to host’s staff to which he stated that he shall visit during checkout and collect money for replacement glass top. Staff informed us in the morning that it’ll cost IDR 250,000 to replace glass top and we handed him the amount in cash as it was our mistake.

Construction is not too bad. At least not the 4 days we stayed at the villa. We would love it if there was more frequent cleaning as there were not any equipme t we could use ourselves. We got a broom on day 3 though Not being greeted at check is kind of unusual for Bali, but it was fine at we were exhausted from the journey. Overall a nice villa and real easy to get around with a motorbike as Jalan Padonan is a couple of minutes away. Which leads straight down to berawa.
