As soon as we told the owner that the kitchen was greasy he arranged for someone to come in and clean it.

Arrived and had no instructions as to how to turn on hot water, operate washing machine, and food cupboards were smeared inside and outside with food. Pillows had black mould, and took 10 days to have them replaced. Had one sheet and had to phone and ask for replacement (7 week stay) neither of the lights worked in sitting room, and the place was dirty. Host constantly promised to rectify and eventually moved to another apartment which was slightly better, but still not very clean. Host promised deep clean, but that took about 20 mins. Told to see Shakeela on site with problems, but she does not speak a word of English other than ‘good morning’ etc. absolutely no help. The WiFi was switched off frequently (apparently by next door apartment) I had to constantly message host to have it switched on again. The washing machine had no hose to connect. Host brought one but did not know how to attach and said he would send a man to fix…it never happened!!! Promised to have microwave brought

The host was great and responsive, but the apartment needs a serious maintenance. Not clean bathroom with toilet. Not clean bedsheets. To use a washing machine you need to put the pipe to the washroom from the kitchen so water goes there and floods all the floor in a bathroom... The fan in a living room stopped working. No soap, nothing.

The place is quiet and just a walkable distance to the beach. The apartment is quite new.

Place was as per the Pictures (note that there is no Pool). Friendly host and responsive too. Good for people in groups and actually one can plan for long term stays also.
