水が出ないなどトラブルはありましたが、対応は早かったです。 また、複数回オーナーに連絡を入れて際にもすぐに反応いただけました。 部屋にメンテナンスに来てくれる方もいつも笑顔で好印象でした。

This property has all the potential to be a premiere, luxury Airbnb stay. It is a truly beautiful setting. However, our experience was definitively bad -- and after an investigation, Airbnb granted us a full refund. I'm hopeful that given more time the hosts will respond to feedback and I wish them success in creating a better experience. This review has limited space so here are a few examples: We were asked to pay an additional 5000 pesos security deposit in cash upon arrival. Ultimately this was waived. We were not given keys or a lockbox code to the property without asking for one. There are several non-disclosed security cameras inside (common rooms only). Only two bedrooms had AC and there are only three private bedrooms when the listing states four. Water turned off to the entire home the last day. Host accused us of flipping the breaker. Host delayed our check out by 30 minutes to make sure we did not steal towels (we didn't) and told us not to leave the property.
