the small apartment is convenient with needed amenities. very confortable with airco. but we had to wait to enter until 4pm for the place to be cleaned up, so be proactive to communicate with Rafael your arrival.

Rafael’s place was super cool! We were a family of 4 staying in his place and we truly loved it! Very close to the beach (about 5mins walk), playa Hermosa is one of our favourite beaches in CR, with beautiful sunsets every day, a real surfer’s paradise. 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms and kitchen that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and Rafael was easy person to communicate. AC in every room and outdoor shower were great features. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfy place to stay for 4 people close to the beach. :)
