This was our second visit to the annex and will not be our last, it was lovely and clean as always, and Richard is the best host. It’s in a great location and has everything you need for your stay. We even got to meet the new puppy. Brilliant stay. Thanks again Richard

We liked that Richard answered the phone on booking in His partner was welcoming. Clean and well equipped kitchen. This is a relatively new building in a quiet residential location. We walked to the sea front in 12 minutes. Can recommend a stay here.

Richard is a very good, friendly and helpful host. It was perfect for our weekend stay. We had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet option, walkable to the town and beaches.
