The space was adequate. There are nice restaurants close-by. You may walk but we drove. We used Uber to go to the old San Juan a couple of times and the price was very reasonable. The Place was cheaper than a hotel at the old San Juan and quieter. The place was clean although dusty in some areas but there was a construction going on the premises. The view is nice and the neighborhood was pretty quiet at night except for some sirens on Saturday night. The hot tub was very clean and I really enjoyed it every night . Parking depends on the hour; you park on the street and it’s hard when everyone is at home in the neighborhood. The communication with host was adequate and Zuly is on the premises and she is very helpful and friendly. If you don’t like stairs or have mobility issues this is not the place . You have to go up 3 floors and the last section is hard specially carrying your luggage. We barely used the kitchen but it has everything you need. Dishes for 2.

Ruben was very responsive every time I had a question. Place is beautiful and the photos online doesn’t do it any justice! Home was close to tons of restaurants and literally 5 mins from the beach. Will be staying here again next time I’m in PR
