Beautiful property set in superb grounds. Perfectly situated to explore the surrounding areas, pub across the road, Holt 5 mins drive, 10-15 mins to the coast. We had a wonderful family holiday and will definitely be back.

The property, accommodation and facilities met every expectation and lovely to arrive at a warm house. The living spaces were ideal for a large party with the kitchen especially well appointed. The mega snug/lounge with wood stove were ideal for this time of year. More than handy for exploring the coast from here.

Great stay at Williams Barn, generously stocked kitchen with plenty of spare crockery for our needs. Comfortable beds and plenty of parking. The inside space is very generous. Thanks again!

Williams Barn is amazing and better even than the photos. The converted barn is perfect size and spacious for 6 of us and 2 dogs. The property is also really warm and cosy and it was great having the log burner. The host was really quick at replying and was in touch during our stay. The barn was spotless and was a perfect location to explore north Norfolk. Sheringham park is only 10 minutes away and is great space for walking the dogs. We will definitely be returning.
