This was my tranquil getaway for a few days, working on a book manuscript. It was utterly perfect. Such a pretty space, arranged so thoughtfully. Marlene was the perfect host, providing all the information I needed and making sure everything went smoothly. Can’t wait to stay again!

Marlene's place is extremely quiet and peaceful and was a great choice to stay. I'd definitely choose it again. She was very responsive and the place was spotless. She provided snacks and a bottle of wine - very thoughful. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the cottage Marlene hosts for four days to commemorate a birthday. This was a very lovely location! I was able to sleep soundly each night without any noise from surrounding neighborhood, freeways, streets, just the sound of crickets and rain and wind. A very natural and comforting stay. Less than 1.5 miles away to downtown Los Gatos and two some very steep and scenic trails above the neighborhood. I went out for a few runs and saw sites that were breathtaking. There was a local athletic club that had a weekly special which I took advantage of to maximize the amount of things I could do in the area. The restaurants downtown, which I tried three of, were moderately pricey. The cafés were definitely overpriced, nothing out of the ordinary with other restaurant prices. There was a farmers market on the Sunday that I was there. That was need to walk through. Lots of dogs and bikers and other pedestrians around. I would highly recommend this airbnb experience!
