房间很大，干净整洁。但冰箱是坏的，壁炉也无法使用，阳台上的躺椅也比较破败。但抛开房子的年代感不说，位置还是很便利的。风景很美，就在17 Miles Drive 里面。

Edward’s place was great for my family! Unfortunately, the refrigerator wasn’t working, but Edward gave us a heads up days before check in which helped us to be prepared. The place had large, clean rooms and beautiful views

Wonderful place, but Edward was a bit late in responding. The deck is the place to spend most of time with!!

The pros are good location, nice views from the patio, and spacious rooms. The house was pretty clean and the pictures matched what the house looked like. Overall it was a good place to stay. Cons: 1. Communication: Communication can use some improvement. Before checkin, I contacted the host multiple times via both Airbnb messages and texts for check in instructions. The host did not respond until I contacted Airbnb support. The host then said check in instructions would be provided the day of. The instructions were detailed and accurate, but we would have appreciated a heads up that instructions would be provided the day of. I also asked questions about the facilities in the house, which were never answered. The most frustrating thing is that the fridge ended up not working. 2. The house is generally clean and spacious. However, the fridge did not work. The listed contact person for the house never responded. My friends and I had to throw out the groceries we bought.
